Top 10 Snoke Theories (Poll)

This is our fifth Top 10 list, which will be based completely off of your votes. This time we are doing Snoke theories, and we’ll be including the most serious and plausible ones to the wackiest and craziest ones. Like before, vote for any Snoke theory that you want for any reason. Whether it be because you actually think it’s most likely to be true, you simply want it to be true, or you just find it to be the funniest one. Link to the poll is in the description below. And like before, you may only vote once for one theory. If there is a Snoke theory that you don’t see on the list, then you can write it in in the Other tab, and they will be counted. After you cast your vote, be sure to let us know why you voted for that particular Snoke theory, as we’ll be picking a few to show off in the results video to highlight the most common reasons why a specific Snoke Theory got voted for. Though be sure to post them in the YouTube comment page, as we might not see them if you write them in the polls website comment section. The results video should be uploaded in the next week or two. In the meantime, let us know if there’s anything extra you guys want included in the results video, such as if there should be any special categories for honorable mentions and so on.

  1. I think it's Darth Plagueis because Snoke looks like he's covered in scars, almost like someone tried to kill him……
Darth Plagueis had the ability to create and keep life, Palpatine thought he had killed Plagueis, but he could of used the force to transfer or create a new torn up body, preventing death. While the empire was around, Snoke (Darth Plagueis) hid, waiting to strike. When the empire was in it's final days, Snoke would appear, searching for a new apprentice. When Palpatine and Vader died, he sensed the lost power of the dark side, he gathered it, gaining more power and knowledge of the force. He would find a young Ben Solo, sensing his raw power and strength. He didn't like the Jedi much, Snoke knew this. He took his knowledge and corrupted the boy, turning him in into Kylo Ren. He would send Ren to destroy the Jedi Temple and kill all the new Jedi. He would become the leader of the knights of Ren. He would lead the knights to crush the temple. After the temples destruction, Snoke created the first order to oppose the new republic. Fast forward a few years, then the events of TFA would play out. I feel like this is reasonable, I may have gotten the end wrong, but I didn't research, I only write what I knew, thanks for listening

  2. I think is Mace Windu because a stupendous wave made a video about it if you watch it then it will make a lot of sense cuz it takes a long time to explain

  3. READ THIS #BoycottBattleFront I speak for myself and I'm sure many others when I say I am disgusted by this news. EA finally looks like the company is making a good game for once and then scraps the game because they don't deem it successful in the long term aka micro transactions. This is unacceptable and I can no longer sit back not only a gamer but as a life long star wars fan growing up. we must come together as a gaming community and a star wars community and boycott EA star wars games to end garbage they keep putting out every year. I'm tired of being scammed out of my hard earned money for a $60 less than satisfactory base game and boring $60 pay to win DLC. At the end of the day if we all come together as one we can fight this and either have EA promise were going to get great star wars games or force Disney to make them give up their license to make star wars games. If we all come together we can make it happen. Lets take to social media and let it be know

  4. It’s probably a new character but I chose mace mindu because his death wasn’t really confirmed in the movies and his head/face kinda resemble mace

  5. Snoke is the guy who owned the rancor from return of the Jedi cuz he wants revenge on Luke !!!!!

    Don't take this seriously

  6. I'd like him to have turned out to be Darth Plagueis but it looks like he's going to end up being a brand new character, a force vampire type, which I'm actually fine with.

  7. Just to keep it simple I think it’s a new character and not a result of some crazy theory someone made up. Honestly I think we should wonder why Snoke is wearing a yellow bath robe in the last Jedi trailer that’s way more interesting.

  8. I think It's an ancient sith because it would be an amazing thing bringing back the old republic in canon, and maybe doing a old republic-based trilogy

  9. Snoke is an ancient Sith lord that have seen the rise and fall of the Galactic Empire, and after Luke recreated the Jedi order Snoke tried to destroy it but was stopped by Luke, forcing him to go into hiding and regenerate, and that is where he found the reminents of the Empire, and transforming it into the First Order. Then, over the years he manipulated Kylo.
I think that this is who Snoke is this means he is not an older character like Palpatine that just returned in a different form

  10. I think it is Mace because I fond it very likely becuase they both seem to have an intrest in the balance of the force and it would be cool if Finn was his son.

  11. I'm certain that if it's not a new character over all that it'll be Mace Windu. The facts are there and the possibility is undeniable. I sincerely believe Snoke is Mace Windu, unless they make him a completely new character that is.

  12. I think he is the stormtrooper who hit his head on the door in the Death Star back in Episode 4.That would explain Snoke’s huge scar on his forehead.

  13. Darth Plagueis is my choice because he is the master of sidious and I love the connetion between the 2 and he is the most clever sith tho have ever lived

  14. I think its Plagueis, not only because he learned to cheat death, but because Darth Maul survived getting cut in half, so he could probably survive being stabbed. He probably just went into hiding afterwards. But his face is too long. Maybe its Mace Windu. I guess we'll all just have to wait for 7977657656886578657887578867545678987654345678 minutes to find out.

  15. i voted for general grievous because snoke is shorter than i expected (general grievous. sorry. i wanted to say snoke. you're shorter than i expect)

  16. Darth plague maybe been hiding during all the events of the original Star Wars film and wait for the perfect time to come out of hiding to take control of the galaxy evolved into snoke

  17. I think it is Mace Windu because Mace did harness dark side power to use against his enemies, so it is likely that he could have turned to the dark side.

  18. I think (and mostly want) it will be a completely new character just to annoy those who have made the most bizarre theories. On the other hand, I WANT it to be Maul, as his death was unsatisfactory. I don’t think it will be Maul as that would mean he would have been resurrected twice!

  19. I think it'd be most logical and the coolest idea to have vader's servant be snoke. But knowing Disney they'll probably make him a new character just so they claim they're original

  20. he is mace windu the following explains why…..
Snoke: im sick of these mutha fuking jedi in this mutha fuking galaxy
Snoke: im a sith mutha fucker
Snoke: what does marcellus wallace look like rey?

  21. Snoke is in my opinion Darth Sion.
Why? Darth Sion and Snoke both have a scarred face, which resembles of being cut down on multiple occasions and get revived by the anger that they both have.
Sion got killed by Meetra Surik at the end of SWKOTOR 2, but somehow I believe, he still survived.

  22. I think it is Mace Windu because technically we do not know in canon or legends whether he died or not, the closest thing we have to this is a social media post from Samuel Jackson which claims that Windu is in fact alive. I don’t k is how he could end up looking like Snoke but maybe we shall find out.

  23. Its ofc. Jar Jar Binks, because as George Lucas said in the makings of the phantom menace ''Jar Jar is the key to all of this."

  24. i think it may be mace windu as Jedi are intensely trained and can probably survive a fall due to their quick thinking and force skills. Also he could use the dark-side as well so he could have eventually been taken over by this over time.

  25. If you ask me its Grand mof tarkin just because he was to intelegent to die the way he diet in the movies.

  26. The snoke music theme is the same soundtrack that was playing when palpatine was explaining how Darth Plagueis could keep people from dying to Anakin

  27. Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise?

I thought not. It's not a story the Jedi would tell you. It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save others from death, but not himself.

  28. I voted Sors Bandeam Because he probably was saved by Anakin because he called him Master, so he became Snoke and took some one who loved Anakin just as much as he did.

  29. I think it's the Son, seen as even though his body was killed in the clone wars, he was basically the dark side which might mean that he has taken another form, as snoke.

  30. More than half of the options given are impossible because they're either confirmed dead or Human–and we know from the TFA novelization that Snoke is not human

  31. it took us 2 years to find out about rays parents boy this will be forever with smoke he could be anyone known or unknown in the star wars

  32. Snoke does not exist in my own mind’s version of the Star Wars universe. I follow the Legends Universe after Return of the Jedi
