Texas Democrats sue state over new law banning mobile voting locations

ROBERT: REPRESENTATIVE GREG BONNEN FIRST FILED A BILL IN 2015 TO BAN MOBILE VOTING.IT WAS PARTIALLY IN RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS ABOUT A BOND ELECTION AT THE CYPRESS- FAIRBANKS ISD JUST NORTHWEST OF HOUSTON.THE $1-POINT-2- BILLION DOLLAR BOND INCLUDED MONEY FOR NEW SCHOOLS AND FOR ATHLETIC FACILITIESCRITICS SAID THAT MOBILE POLLING LOCATIONS GAVE AN ADVANTAGE TO VOTERS WHO SUPPORTED THE BOND.BONNE’S BILL FAILED TO PASS THE 2015 LEGISLATURE.HE BROUGHT IT BACK SUCCESSFULLY IN THIS YEA’S SESSION. 2-SYDNEY: A NEW WITNESS SAYS RODNEY REED

  1. Democrats are suing because they know their political agenda will be harder to pass. Simple. If they really want to vote go vote in a registered area.

  2. Time to raise the voting age to 25 and require an IQ and civic test. Young people are ignorant. Ignorant people are easily manipulated which is why democrats pander to them.
