Sen. Claire McCaskill: Bernie Will DOOM Democratic Party!

>>WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS TO
GO UNTIL THE PRIMARIES AND CAUCUSES BEGIN, CLAIRE MCCASKILL
IS WARNING VOTERS THAT IF BERNIE SANDERS BECOMES THE DEMOCRATIC
NOMINEE, HE COULD TANK THE WHOLE DAMN THING FOR THE DEMOCRATS.>>MY COLLEAGUES SAID THE
REPUBLICAN ATTACK MACHINE HAS CHAINSAWS FOR HANDS, AND I THINK
THE POINT I WAS MAKING IS, BERNIE HAS NOT FELT THOSE
CHAINSAWS, AND THEY WOULD COME OUT WITH A VENGEANCE IF HE
WAS OUR NOMINEE.>>DO YOU THINK A SELF-DECLARED
SOCIALIST COULD WIN THE PRESIDENCY OF THE UNITED STATES?>>I CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR MY STATE.
I THINK IT WOULD BE ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE. YOU’VE GOT TO WIN
STATES LIKE MISSOURI IF YOU’RE GOING TO WIN THE PRESIDENCY.
STATES LIKE INDIANA, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA. IT IS VERY HARD, I
THINK, FOR MOST AMERICANS TO SEE HOW SOCIALISM WOULD CURE THE
PROBLEMS THAT WE ARE FACING RIGHT NOW.>>AND THERE IS NO WAY YOU COULD
EVER MAKE THAT CASE.>>THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT YOU
DON’T HAVE TO WIN MISSOURI OR INDIANA TO WIN THE
PRESIDENCY AS A DEMOCRAT. SHE MIGHT BE RIGHT IN THAT TO BE
SOCIALIST IN MISSOURI MIGHT NOT BE A GREAT THING TO PUT ON
THE BACK OF YOUR JERSEY –>>BUT SHE IS OVERHYPING THE
NECESSITY OF WINNING THOSE PARTICULAR PLACES. AND SHE
WASN’T JUST ASKED A QUESTION AND CHOSE TO RESPOND, SHE ALSO TOLD
THE NEW YORK TIMES –>>THAT IS A VERY REAL THREAT,
BECAUSE WERE IT TO BE HILLARY CLINTON, REPUBLICANS HAVE NEVER
ATTACKED HER BEFORE. THEY WOULD NOT FIND A WAY. BUT TO BE FAIR,
IT MIGHT BE HARDER. I PERSONALLY FEEL LIKE IF HE WERE THE
CANDIDATE AND IF HE WERE TO FIND A GOOD WAY TO EXPRESS WHY THIS
POLITICAL IDEOLOGY WOULD WORK FOR THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE, AND
I WAS TALKING WITH A FRIEND RECENTLY AND I SAID AS MUCH AS I
HATE WHEN POLITICIANS DO THIS “I WAS SPEAKING WITH DEBBIE IN
KANSAS CITY, AND SHE SAID” ñ HE COULD DO THAT. HE NEVER DOES THAT.
I THINK THAT COULD HELP TO GET DOWN BALLOT DEMOCRATS VOTED INTO
OFFICE AS WELL. BUT A LOT OF PEOPLE DON’T THINK SO. A LOT OF
PEOPLE AGREE WITH CLAIRE MCCASKILL THAT IT COULD BE A
DISASTER.>>A COUPLE THINGS AT WORK HERE.
FIRST OF ALL, CLAIRE MCCASKILL HAD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING
BACK INTO THE GOOD GRACES OF HILLARY CLINTON. SHE WAS A
SUPPORTER, AN EARLY SUPPORTER, OF BARACK OBAMA’S, AND THERE WAS
ALWAYS A LITTLE BIT OF FRICTION THERE. ANOTHER ISSUE THAT I
THINK HAS TO BE LOOKED AT WITH CLAIRE MCCASKILL, WHAT SHE IS
SAYING HERE ABOUT HURTING DEMOCRATS, IS NOBODY KNOWS. IT
IS THE SAME THING WITH TED CRUZ AND CANADA. MOST LEGAL SCHOLARS
THINK HE’S FINE, THAT NATURAL BORN IS ILL-DEFINED IN THE
CONSTITUTION. HE WAS BORN TO A NATURAL BORN AMERICAN MOTHER IN
CANADA, MOVED HERE, HE SHOULD BE ELIGIBLE ACCORDING TO HOW IT HAS
BEEN. BUT YOU GO OUT ON THE TRAIL, YOU DON’T KNOW IF HAVING
THAT LINGERING QUESTION OVER HIS SHOULDER WILL HURT THE CRUZ
CANDIDACY. IN THE SAME WAY, SOCIALIST — MOST YOUNG VOTERS
DON’T KNOW WHAT THE HAMMER AND SICKLE IS. NOT A LOT OF VOTERS
WILL BE TURNED OFF BY BERNIE SANDERS.>>IF THEY KNOW ANYTHING IT IS
RETRO EXPENSIVE T-SHIRTS.>>SOMEONE LIKE CLAIRE MCCASKILL
WANTS TO GO IN LOW-RISK. IS THERE A RISK TO BERNIE SANDERS?
PROBABLY A LITTLE BIT. SOCIALISM, A BIT OF A RISK.
COULD IT HURT DOWN BALLOT DEMOCRATS? DEFINITELY, BUT DOWN
BALLOT DEMOCRATS ARE IN TROUBLE IN A LOT OF STATES ANYWAY, AND
IT ALSO COULD BRING SOME OTHER PEOPLE OUT, A SANDERS CANDIDACY.
YOU DON’T KNOW. SHE IS ALLOWED TO SAY IT. IN MISSOURI,
PROBABLY NOT A GOOD THING. AND I THINK THAT IS THE DANGER
IN NOMINATING BERNIE SANDERS. IT MAY WORK OUT JUST FINE, BUT
IT IS SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT.>>WE SAW RECENTLY, A NEW
HAMPSHIRE POLL FOR BERNIE SANDERS PUTS HIM UP SOMETHING
LIKE 27 POINTS. THE CNN POLL. THAT BEING SAID, UNTIL I SEE
OTHER POLLS MIRRORING SOMETHING LIKE THAT, IT IS PROBABLY AN
OUTLIER. BUT EVEN IF IT IS OFF BY FIVE OR SIX OR 10 POINTS, HE
IS PROBABLY UP BIG. AND AMONG CERTAIN GROUPS, PARTICULARLY
MILLENNIALS, HE IS CRUSHING. AND WHILE YOUNG PEOPLE DON’T CARE SO
MUCH FOR OLDER PEOPLE, YOU CAN CROSS THE BETTY WHITE THRESHOLD
AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT IS COOL TO LIKE AN EXTREMELY OLD PERSON.
BECAUSE IN SOME WAYS THE POLICIES HE PUSHES FOR ARE THE
POLICIES IT IS LIKELY THAT YOU WILL BE A FAN OF YOUR FRESHMAN
OR SOPHOMORE YEAR OF COLLEGE, AND IT STRIKES A TONE. WHEN YOU
CAN BRING IN YOUNG PEOPLE, AND HIS ECONOMIC MESSAGE SHOULD RESONATE
AMONGST POOR AND MIDDLE-CLASS WORKERS WHO HAVE BEEN LARGELY
LEFT BEHIND, ESPECIALLY BY REPUBLICANS WHO ARE JUST SO
AGGRESSIVELY AGAINST UNIONS AND ANYTHING LIKE RAISING THE
MINIMUM WAGE OR VARIOUS THINGS LIKE THAT, IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE
THAT HE COULD TAKE THAT MESSAGE AND BRING IN NEW PEOPLE. AND IT
IS NOT LIKE HILLARY CLINTON ISN’T, ALTHOUGH SHE IS POPULAR
AMONGST DEMOCRATS, SHE IS A DIVISIVE FIGURE AND A LOT OF
PEOPLE HAVE LONG SINCE MADE UP THEIR MIND ABOUT HER.>>MOST PEOPLE, JOHN.>>SOMETHING LIKE 92% HAVE AN
OPINION.>>THAT IS WHY SHE IS LOWER RISK.>>LOWER RISK, BUT LOWER
POTENTIAL BENEFIT. SHE WON’T BRING A WAVE.>>THAT’S TRUE, BUT IF SHE WILL
GET YOUNGER VOTERS, SHE CAN GET A WAVE. SHE NEEDS TO GET THEM
BACK FROM OBAMA. SHE DOESN’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BERNIE AS
MUCH AS OBAMA IF SHE GETS THE NOMINATION. THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO
VOTED FOR OBAMA, A LOT OF THEM, IN THEIR EARLY 20S, AND A LOT OF
THEM ARE NEW TO THE PROCESS WHO VOTE FOR BERNIE — WHAT PEOPLE
ALWAYS FAIL TO REALIZE IN THE PRIMARIES IS THAT, ARE THESE
PEOPLE GOING TO VOTE FOR HILLARY? THESE PEOPLE DISLIKE
CRUZ AND TRUMP AND THOSE PEOPLE MUCH MORE THAN THEY DISLIKE
HILLARY CLINTON. SO THAT IS A MOTIVATING FACTOR THAT WILL
BRING THEM OUT IN THE FALL, MAYBE NOT IN THE PERFECT NUMBERS
THAT WILL GET THEM CAUCUSING AND VOTING IN THE PRIMARIES. I THINK
THAT NOBODY CAN KNOW. SANDERS COULD HELP EVERY SINGLE DOWN
BALLOT DEMOCRAT IN AMERICA. HE COULD REALLY CREATE ENERGY
BEHIND THEM. WE JUST DON’T KNOW. BUT IT IS NOT UNFAIR FOR
MCCASKILL TO SAY THAT.>>I AM NOT SAYING IT’S UNFAIR.>>I KNOW THAT. BUT THE BIG THING IS THAT SHE IS
ENDORSING HILLARY CLINTON, THAT IS A BIGGER PIECE OF
NEWS AND IT IS HAPPENING ALREADY, BECAUSE SHE AND CLINTON
WOULDN’T EVEN TALK TO EACH OTHER OR LOOK AT EACH OTHER FOR
A WHILE.>>WE WILL HAVE TO SEE. WE COULD
GO THROUGH IOWA AND NEW HAMPSHIRE AND WE STILL DON’T
KNOW EVEN THEN. WE WILL KNOW SOME THINGS, BUT WE WON’T KNOW
FUNDAMENTALLY THEN.>>WHAT DID YOU MAKE OF HIS
SEEMING ATTACK ON PLANNED PARENTHOOD AND HRC AS PART OF
THE ESTABLISHMENT? IT SEEMS TO BE TAPPING INTO THAT ANGRY
SENTIMENT –>>I DON’T KNOW THAT I WOULD CALL
IT AN ATTACK.>>HE SAID THEY WERE PART OF THE
ESTABLISHMENT.>>THAT IS ASSUMING THAT ANYTHING
IS PART OF THE ESTABLISHMENT IS AN ATTACK. PLANNED PARENTHOOD IS
A POLITICAL FUNCTIONARY TO HIM, TO PEOPLE OF HIS ILK. BUT HE
WOULD PROTECT IT AT ALL COSTS, BUT PEOPLE GO AFTER THE
ESTABLISHMENT BECAUSE THEY OPERATE IN WAYS THAT MAKE IT
DIFFICULT TO DEFEND THEM VERY OFTEN. SO DEFENDING PLANNED PARENTHOOD
IS A CHALLENGE TO SOME PEOPLE, EVEN PEOPLE WHO
SYMPATHIZE WITH THE WORK THEY DO, BECAUSE OF HOW THEY ARE
RUN.>>HILLARY IS ALREADY FUND-RAISING
OFF OF THOSE COMMENTS.>>SHE SHOULD, THAT IS WHAT
PEOPLE DO. SHE WOULD BE FUND-RAISING OFF OF SOMETHING
ELSE IF –>>THEY SEEM TO REALLY THINK MONEY
IS IMPORTANT IN THESE ELECTIONS.>>WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? IT IS
ABOUT VOTES.>>WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT GETTING
THE OBAMA VOTERS, WE SAW HER CONTINUALLY IN THE LAST DEBATE,
INVOKING THAT SHE IS THE DEFENDER OF THE OBAMA LEGACY.>>ESPECIALLY AS IT APPLIES TO
HEALTHCARE. BECAUSE I THINK BILL CLINTON SAID SOMETHING GREAT
TODAY ABOUT THAT, WHICH IS THAT IF SANDERS WINS AND HIS
HEALTHCARE PLAN IS OUT THERE, MAYBE IT IS GOOD BUT IT WILL
CREATE A STALEMATE, DEADLOCK, GRIDLOCK ALL THE WAY THROUGH. WE
ALREADY HAVE SOMETHING HERE, LET’S MAKE WHAT IS HERE BETTER
AND NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH A DEADLOCKED CONGRESS OVER ANOTHER
ISSUE. THAT IS A GREAT PIECE OF POLITICS WHICH HE KNOWS A BIT
ABOUT.>>I DON’T WANT TO GO OFF ON TOO
MUCH OF A TANGENT, IT JUST SEEMS TO ME THAT THE CASE YOU ARE
MAKING — NOT YOU, IF A PERSON’S CASE YOU ARE MAKING, IS THAT YOU
ARE LIKELY TO STILL HAVE A REPUBLICAN CONGRESS AND SENATE
SO BRINGING UP SINGLE-PAYER WON’T LEAD TO ANYTHING, WELL — THEY
DON’T SEEM PARTICULARLY AMENABLE TO STRENGTHENING OBAMACARE
ANYWAY.>>EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DEMOCRATIC
SENATE AND A DEMOCRATIC HOUSE, LET’S GO THE OTHER WAY, AND WE
PRESUME THAT WON’T HAPPEN, IT IS STILL THE IDEA THAT ANYTHING NEW
CREATES SOME KIND OF GRIDLOCK IN CONGRESS. WE HAVE A HEALTHCARE
PLAN, HE IS SAYING LET’S MAKE IT BETTER. LET’S NOT GO DOWN THAT
ROAD. IN 1993 I PROPOSED HEALTHCARE AND WE GOT IT IN 2013
OR SOMETHING.>>IF IT WILL TAKE THAT LONG,
WE SHOULD START NOW.>>THAT’S A GOOD POINT, WE SHOULD
START NOW.>>LET’S NOT DAWDLE.

  1. Claire McCaskill wants back in Hiltery's vagina. What a cunt.
Michael Shure wants back in McCaskill's vagina. Worst TYT host.

  2. Wrong Michael… If Bernie doesn't win this will split the Democratic party. I will not vote for Hillary under any circumstances and I think most Bernie Sanders supporters feel the same. We are done with these oligarch puppets.

  3. The word Socialism in the rest of the world means a left of Centre social and economic position. In the USA the word is not even remotely understood they think it means evil, government taking your stuff. Excellent propaganda machine in the USA.

  4. I'm from Missouri, and she does not represent me, or the many people I know who are voting for Bernie. Don't let this establishment bitch lead you to believe that Missouri is a lost cause. So many people are active Bernie supporters in my area, and I think our support is starting to spread. Missouri for Bernie!

  5. SSSSSHHHHH. DONT WORRY GOP JUST KEEP ATTACKING & DEMONISING HILLERY AND KEEP BEING VERY QUIET & DONT HIT OR ATTACK BERNIE OR EVEN TOUCH A HAIR ON HEAD AND SOON YOUR DREAM OF A MOUTH WATERING WISH WILL COME TRUE FINGERS CROSS ON HAVING A SOON TO BE LABLED DEMONISER OF SUCCES COMMIE IN A COUNTRY OF CAPITALISTS AS YOUR OPPONANT.

  6. I think a lot of people of a certain generation still believe that whispering the word "commie" will get the whole country rushing for their pitchforks but I just don't think it works that way any more. If you're a thirty-two year old voter you were around twelve years old, playing video games when the Soviet Union collapsed. You probably didn't give a shit about it then and you probably care even less about it now. Unless you're forty-plus you don't probably barely remember the cold war or "stop, drop, and roll."

Seriously, where exactly are these "commie?" Not in Russia. Even China can barely be considered a Communist country any more with all the private enterprise. As a political force in the world, Communism hardly even matters — and there are lots of European countries that are self-identified as socialist that aren't exactly gulags so I think all these fears (or really hopes) that these labels are going to stick to Sanders like a bad smell are going to have any traction.

The people in this country who are still afraid of "commies" are the people who wouldn't have voted for a Democratic candidate in any case.

  7. States like Montana, Missouri, West Virginia, and North Dakota?  Sorry democratic Senators from these states.  Justice Kennedy already ensured that you won't be a factor in 2016 or 2018.  🙂

  8. Bernie will take Missouri in the primary & if he takes the primary there is a chance he wins Missouri in the general. Here's why…Missouri is so dumb that they don't care about primaries and if they hear Bernie's message in the general they'll like the minimum wage and college stuff. We've got tons of large colleges and they'll all swing left.

  9. I wish whatever happens Sen McCaskill meets her doom tomorrow. If the democratic party is a party of people like her then there is no democracy, there is only a one party oligarchy as Bernie keeps reminding us. Hillary should know for certain that we the supporters of Bernie will not switch our votes to her.

  10. The reality is Ohio, Virginia, Florida and Pennsylvania won't vote for someone that is a self declared "Democratic-Socialist." Which are moderate and in some cases lean Republican.

  11. Hey dipshit with the open collar, we dislike Hillary more than republicans. At least the republicans don't act liberal to get votes….
Have you not seen the number of people that have flat out refused to vote for Hillary no matter who her opponent could be?

  12. President Sanders could propose that all white people be given 40 acres of land and new Camaros and the republicans would still veto and filibuster it. They are obstructionists that don't want anything to happen if they can't have the ball. Haven't we learned anything the past 8 years? Deciding against a candidate because his policies may be obstructed is some of the most flimsy type of political debate I've heard.

  13. well capitalism caused our problems, more specifically supply side economics…and the current democratic party is in the same big money bed…dumb bitch

  14. they should be glad bernie is winning….he could be the one that saves the DNC if he chooses to remain a democrat after they snub him as they are.

  15. If Hillary had run a fair and honest campaign based on the issues, the majority of Bernie's supporters would have supported her if she had won the nomination. But that ship has sailed and each time she lies she loses a few more. If Hillary ends up with the nomination it will probably be a complete take over by the GOP.

  16. I live in PA and I LOVE Bernie Sanders and all his socialistic ideas. With Bernie supporters behind him, he can deflect all those chainsaw hands. LOL

  17. Well, by what polls are out there, Clinton and Sanders are basically tied in Missouri, one of the few states where they are, so….

  18. It's because of milquetoast Corporate Democrats like Senator McCaskill that the Democratic Party is nothing more than what the GOP was 40 years ago…Goes along to get along.

  19. Women of America we share your desire to have a female president, however we feel that Hillary Clinton would be a terrible choice. The manner in which she was rolled out as the preemptive candidate by the Democratic Party was wrong. She ran in 2008 against Obama and lost, yet she's being put out there as if she were the president and no democrat should run against her. The American had already declined her candidacy yet here she is again suggesting that the American made a mistake.

  20. Part 2. President Obama was chosen over her and over the republicans who ran against him. Simply because Hillary feels entitled to the position and Obama is serving his last term does not mean that the door of the White House should be opened for her. The Democratic Party made a mistake because they believe that we, Americans should accept there nomination and disregard anyone who wishes to challenge her for the position.

  21. Part 3. Rarely does a person ever seek the presidency after being defeated and it somewhat awkward seeing Hillary on this stage again. Our hearts go out to Hillary for being so courageous and ambitious but Bernie Sanders is the candidate that most people feel is most ideal for this time. We need a president who desires to lift up this country and chart a steady course that is beneficial to all of us. Not someone who plans to hold the rudder straight towards a pessimistic progressive destination. One that we may or may not ever arrive to. Hillary's ship sailed away nearly eight years ago, yet none of her advocates have the guts to tell her that.

  22. Part 4. The media and the Democrat Party are perpetuating their own anxiety by forcing Hillary on us. Maybe some people will vote for Hillary, feeling sorry for her and some women may cast a ballot of support her way because she is a woman. Others may vote for her because the desire to support her cause or because they desire to have the first female president. Attacking Bernie as some misguided souls have is not beneficial because if Bernie lost is contributed to the DNC tantrums there will be blowback for the party that will be detrimental to securing future voters. For this reason Hillary should bow out and spare her feelings and the party. Too much damage has already been done.

  23. Bernie Sanders is not for sale, Hillary Clinton will take anyone's money for her campaign.  And, Hillary Clinton has the worst record of being a purely opportunistic flip-flopper.  BERNIE SANDERS for President.  Clinton for VP, if that helps the win.  I was totally disgusted at Chelsea Clinton's attack on Bernie Sanders health care.  She is just as slimey as her parents.

  24. McRascal overestimates the importance of winning her own state. Barack Obama lost it both times – something no winning candidate had done for a hundred years. The importance of Dixiecratism has been grossly exaggerated. There is a new politics that doesn't need Dixiecrats in the progressive party any more than it needs to copycat paranoid Republican cold war fanatics. This woman is a conservative through and through – and in the worst sense: A careerist politician who cares nothing about the well-being and progress of the people. If this is the politics she wants to play in her backward confederate state, that's fine – we'll move ahead without them. Even the Republicans have had it with their own establishment. The last thing anyone needs is a Democratic party that's too establishment to care to recognize that the legacy of FDR (a SOCIALIST!) is the only thing that it ever did right and well. FDR might have needed the Dixiecrats back then. But no one needs them any longer.

  25. I live in Missouri, and I am definitely voting for Bernie Sanders. I don't care if my vote is the only one cast in his direction, but honestly I seriously doubt I will have the only Democratic vote for him. But her declaring that Bernie Sanders will doom the Democratic party is not disturbing to me in the least. Honestly, now that I hear about Super delegates, perhaps it is time for the so-called Democratic party should go away. It is frustrating that the democratic process is disrupted by rules that appoint elected officials to have more voting power than private citizens. They are essentially saying "we are the adults here, and the rest of you will do what we say because we know better than stupid voters what they need and want." I find the concept of Super Delegates extremely offensive. How dare the people who are chosen to serve my interests instead disenfranchise supporters!?! I said before that if Hilary is selected by the voters I would support her. I am now beginning to feel like I need to reconsider just writing in Bernie Sanders on the November ballot no matter what happens.

  26. Like it matters to win Missouri for the Democrats, the last 4 times the Democrats won that state was in 1992 and 1996 with Bill Clinton, 1976 with Jimmy Carter, 1964 with LBJ and 1960 with JFK. To propose that you need Missouri to win is proposterous. In the last 50 years with the exception of Al Gore in '76 the victory has been great enough that not even 3 Missouris would have been able to decide the outcome. Furthermore, what the hell does it mean for Bernie not to have faced the Republican party? The man has been in politics for several decades, and has faced ridicule by his own governor because he saw Bernie Sanders as "too extremist" (i.e. an actual progressive). To suggest that Bernie Sanders has not been tried is the same as saying that we shouldn't have elected Barack Obama because he had very little experience in the Congress; roughly 4 years in the Senate as 12 years in the Illinois senate, whereas Bernie Sanders has currently been a senator for 9 years, before which he was part of the House for 16 years and yet before that he was mayor for 8 years. To say that Bernie Sanders has not been tried as a political figure is a complete lie.

  27. This is a carbon copy argument the progressive gate-keepers make about Jeremy Corbyn in the UK.

Weird how politics dovetail on both sides of the pond. One could be forgiven for thinking it's all a bit orchestrated.

  28. I'm from missouri and she doesn't represent the views of missourians, especially young missourians like my friends and myself. she is moderate, which is alright but she is wrong about missouri, bernie almost won missouri (lost by .2 percent)

  29. Sanders might have won Missouri it was close?  Bill Clinton help Clair win a senate job she has to go Hillary. I voted for her held my nose. She better then GOP thug she replaced

  30. Hey Missouri!!! GREAT JOB tying up the Democratic Primary 49-49! BTW – Rep Claire McCaskill here needs to be retired. She is a verbal spin machine and if you search her youtube slams against Bernie Sanders, you'll see just how OUT OF TOUCH she is with her contingency. OBVIOUSLY Missouri likes Sander's politics! Nearly as much as Clinton's.

  31. The Democratic Party has abandoned its supporters. See how much longer they will survive as more and more democrats leave the party.

  32. Claire McCaskill is annoying, and I would not be sad at all to see her being defeated by a Republican in 2018 – if she doesn't get primaried first.

  33. She is just part of the establishment that is afraid that she's gonna be losing the money from her supporters because she doesn't want the American people to have better Health Care  and better pay.  Because she's par the establishment in a corporatist democrat and they are the enemy of America.  In the idiotic lady doesn't understand was socialism is it's what our tax dollars pays for like our infrastructure and public services and the common people pay more those taxes any ways so what's the rich all complaining about.  Common people pay 36% tax is and people that make over $200,000 just pay 15%.  And some corporations get subsidy money that comes mostly from the common people's tax dollars because a wealthy don't pay their fair share they'll of corporate welfare and always want more money and more money and they couldn't care less about America.

  34. OK, he's not extremely old, even when I was in my twenties I didn't think someone who was 74 is extremely old, just elderly. 100 is extremely old OK. Sanders is five years older than Hillary & Trump , but doesn't dye his hair- genuine. Extremely young has no experience in life or the maturity attained (not all do) over the years so . …. OK the whole emphasis on youth culture is actually old and dates from the 60's & the Boomer generation actually with the great amount of children that were born up until 1964 (1946-1964). Bernie is just shy of it.. You can contribute something to culture even if you aren't a teenager or someone in their twenties. The Hammer & Sickle is the Communist symbol, mainly for the Russians, I believe the Chinese and other ones use something else. Red is the Communist color that I know is the same with all of them.

  35. It's funny because a Hammer and Sickle is communism which isn't the same thing. But I guess oversimplifications work well for the Republican party

  36. Missouri superdelegates were just being banned and Bernie supporters elected all of their progressive candidates. One more point for the "socialist".

  37. Hey McCaskill, idiots like you beat him too it. Please brush your teeth before your next interview. That poor babe at 00:13 appears to be revolted my your stinko breath.

  38. Boy you guys really missed it. Bernie's crowds only got bigger and bigger and his favorable stats became larger than Donald or Hillary. You also forgot to call him a democratic socialist.

  39. Now Claire is begging for Bernie supporters to support her if she faces a 2018 primary. Not gonna happen.

  40. And now this dumb piece of shit is literally begging progressives not to primary her but instead support her, she can go fuck herself. Btw how did that Shillary vs Trump thing turn out.

  41. And the "reporter": "Do you think a SOCIALIST can win …. " Either she is too stupid to grasp the nuances of Social Democratic vs. Socialist – or more likely intentionally misrepresenting his self-declared political stance. Nothing wrong with "socialism", but the Sanders position is much more to the center and more moderate (aka less "scary" even for people who lived through the Cold War and the the Red Scare")

  42. Michael is also wrong about universal healthcare would stall the house. We have conservatives demanding Medicare for all now in their town halls. The policy would've been the spearhead of the Bernie victory.

  43. SHe is the reason we have Trump Now! Look in the mirror yet? Bernie is the Peoples champ and hopefully he decides to run in 2020!

  44. Claire, the Dems just lost everything. Bernie is the most popular politician of the day. How could he do worse than the Dems just did?

  45. The corruption of the party is what will kill it and she is right there, guilty as sin. its because of the mccaskills of the party that i did #DEMEXIT

  46. McCaskill is mistaken, and spreading misinformation. The polls, over months and months, showed Senator Sanders readily defeating Trump by much larger margins than Clinton. Moreover, The talking head and Claire are lying, Senator Sanders is a
DEMOCRATIC Socialist, not a, "socialist," in the toxic sense the corporatists and republicans would have us believe. IF she told the truth, she would be serving the people of her state-no chance of that!

  47. Bernie is changing the landscape – You, Claire, are behind the 8-ball.  And, besides that, Bernie is not a socialist; he's a social democrat.  He does not conform – he reinvigorates, he makes changes, and most of all, he actually makes sense and serves his constituents!, unlike you!

  48. Chainsaws, hammer and sickle, "knife him in the back" — Am I the only one a little disturbed by the way establishment Dems keep linking Bernie with images of graphic violence…?

  49. I am voting for Bernie. I am not trusting Corporate Democrats’ propaganda. They have failed us. They are smearing Bernie because they want to be the Corporate Democrats who are really Republicans. The Republican Congress is pure corruption.
I am voting forBernie in spite of the smears and evil lies!
